About Me
Ever since I was pregnant with my first child, I dreamed of becoming a doula. I received invaluable support from a doula for each of the births of my children. With their support, I felt prepared, empowered, in control and confident before, during and after the births of my children. As a certified birth doula, I draw from over 15 years of experience working with parents, listening to their hopes, questions and concerns and helping them to chart a course forward for their families.
