Birth doula
I will be there every step of the way to ensure that you feel fully supported throughout your pregnancy. We will meet to prepare for your upcoming birth. Together, we’ll talk about your hopes and expectations for your birth, discuss medical interventions, craft a birth plan and prepare for the postpartum period. We make sure that you are fully prepared and supported for your labor.
Childbirth education
Join an in-person class to connect with others as you learn how to best experience the wonderful, life-changing and empowering moment of the birth of your baby. Topics include labor and what to expect, nutrition, exercises that condition and tone your body in preparation for birth, relaxation and massage for pain management, and positive communication with birthing staff. We will also focus on training your partner as your birth coach and advocate. The next in-person series begins September 8, 2024!
Join a village
Together with my sister, we have launched the Boston Birth Village: a revolutionary model to offer support when you need it most, from pregnancy THROUGH parenthood. Visit Boston Birth Village and we will help you connect with other parents who are due around the same time. Through an in-person launch event, private WhatsApp group just for your village, access to your experts (that’s us!), postpartum get-togethers and more, you will find new friends for this next stage along with a tremendous amount of support.
